<p>&nbsp;Soczewica: Dobrze opłucz soczewicę, następnie zalej zimną wodą, dodaj sok z cytryny i odstaw na 30 min. Włóż do rondla i zalej wodą. Dodaj sól, zamieszaj i gotuj na wolnym ogniu pod przykryciem, aż soczewica będzie miękka. Na koniec dodaj oliwę z oliwek i dopraw do smaku.</p>

<p>Warzywa: Rozgrzej piekarnik na 200 ° C. Dobrze wyszoruj marchewki i przekrój je na pół wzdłuż. Umyj koper włoski i pokrój wzdłuż na cienkie plastry. Czerwoną cebulę obierz i pokrój w ósemki. Warzywa ułóż na blaszce do pieczenia. Polej olejem, posyp przyprawami. Wstaw do piekarnika i piecz przez 25-35 minut, aż będą miękkie i przypieczone na brzegach.</p>

<p>Jogurt: Wymieszaj jogurt z sokiem z cytryny, dodaj sól do smaku.</p>

<p>Sos:&nbsp; &nbsp;Rabarbar obierz, pokrój i wrzuć do rondelka. Następnie dodaj masło, truskawki i wodę. Smaż aż rabarbar będzie się rozpadał. Przełóż do blendera, dodaj harissę, oliwę i wszystko dokładnie zblenduj. Olejem reguluj gęstość sosu. W razie potrzeby dodaj więcej pasty.</p>
