Do ciasta nie dodaję jajek aby ciasto nie było twarde. Do ciasta na<strong> pierogi z mięsem i soczewicą</strong> dodaję <strong>olej</strong>, dzięki któremu jest <strong>elastyczne</strong> i świetnie się z nim pracuje. Najlepiej wyrabiać je<strong> powoli </strong>i bez pośpiechu, wtedy uzyskasz najlepszą konsystencję. Taki sposób przygotowania ciasta znam od Mamy, która robi najlepsze pierogi 🙂</p></div></div></div>

Wybierając mięso do <strong>pierogów z mięsem i soczewicą</strong> musisz wybrać mięso chude i tłuste, aby masa była zwarta.<br><strong>Warzywa</strong>: warto dodać warzywa z rosołu, lub ugotować razem z mięsem. Możesz dodać, marchewkę, selera, pietruszkę.<br><br>Mięso surowe musisz <strong>ugotować </strong>i następnie <strong>usmażyć</strong> razem z cebulą. Kolejnym krokiem jest <strong>przekręcenie </strong>cebuli i mięsa w maszynce do mięsa. </p></div></div></div>

Jak masa będzie gęsta dodaj olej. <br><br>Masę ziemniaczaną nabieraj łyżką, w dłoni rozpłaszcz masę, na środku nałóż farsz i całość dokładnie sklej. Kształt zależy od Ciebie.
