<p>Płatki  owsiane wybieram bez glutenu.</p>



<p>Orzechy dodaj jakie lubisz: włoskie, pekany, laskowe, migdały, pistacje, kalifornijskie, nerkowce, ziemne. nie musisz dodawać wszystkich, możesz zrobić mieszankę 2-3 odmian.</p>



<p>Suszone owoce, możesz dodać po upieczeniu: rodzynki, żurawina, morele. Do pieczenia rodzynki czy żurawinę trzeba namoczyć, aby się nie spaliły. </p>



<p>Sos u mnie mieszanka miodu, oliwy z oliwek, masła słonecznikowego. Możesz wykorzystać przecier z jabłek, delikatne oleje, gładkie masła orzechowe.</p>



<p>Możesz dodać kasze gryczaną, wiórki kokosowe. </p>



<p>Do upieczonej granoli możesz dodać groszki czekoladowe, pociętą czekoladę.  </p>

<p>Jest bardzo proste. Składniki na sos mieszasz i w dużej formie do pieczenia (blacha do pieczenia) łączysz z pozostałymi składnikami.</p>



<p>Pieczesz około 30-40 min w 180&#8217;C ( czas uzależniony od piekarnika). Mieszaj w czasie pieczenia aby równo się zapiekła. </p>
