Przygotowuję go w wyciskarce wolnoobrotowej z wykorzystaniem sita do przecierów. Dzięki temu jest gęsty i nie ma pestek. Najlepsze będą pomidory paprykowe, śliwkowe oraz rzymskie. Słodkie, intensywnie czerwone z małą ilością pestek i soku.</p>
