W zależności jaką mąkę użyjesz ciasto będzie miało różnią konsystencję. <br>Najlepsza będzie mąka 0,  jasna chlebowa lub klasyczna typ 550. <br>Po 10 min. zaczynasz pierwsze składanie. Chodzi o napowietrzenie ciasta. Odstawiasz na kolejne 10-20 min i jeszcze raz składasz ciasto ( na zakładkę).<br>Ciasto polewasz oliwą z oliwek i odstawiasz do wyrośnięcia na 24-48godzin. <br>Po tym czasie przekładasz na naoliwioną formę i ponownie składasz. Odstawiasz na 2 godziny do ponownego wyrośnięcia. <br>Teraz będzie najprzyjemniejsza część 🙂 !!! Ciasto polewasz oliwą z oliwek i palcami robisz zagłębienia. W tym momencie pojawia się więcej bąbelków 🙂<br>Wykładasz ulubione dodatki posypujesz solą i wstawiasz do piekarnika. <br></p></div></div></div>

Natomiast&nbsp;domowa focaccia&nbsp;potrzebuje znacznie więcej czasu aby wyrosnąć. W zależności jaką mąkę użyjesz ciasto będzie miało różnią konsystencję. <br>Najlepsza będzie mąka 0,  jasna chlebowa lub klasyczna typ 550. <br>Po 10 min. zaczynasz pierwsze składanie. Chodzi o napowietrzenie ciasta. Odstawiasz na kolejne 10-20 min i jeszcze raz składasz ciasto ( na zakładkę).<br>Ciasto polewasz oliwą z oliwek i odstawiasz do wyrośnięcia na 24-48godzin. <br>Po tym czasie przekładasz na naoliwioną formę i ponownie składasz. Odstawiasz na 2 godziny do ponownego wyrośnięcia. <br>Ciasto polewasz oliwą z oliwek i palcami robisz zagłębienia. W tym momencie pojawia się więcej bąbelków 🙂<br>Wykładasz ulubione dodatki posypujesz solą i wstawiasz do piekarnika. <br></p></div></div></div>

Do zagęszczenia ciasta dodaje sie mąkę 00, lub mieszankę <strong>mąki 0 i kukurydzianej</strong>. U mnie z dodatkiem <strong>kaszy</strong> <strong>mannej </strong>bo kukurydzianej nie miałam:). Po upieczeniu placek ma <strong>chrupiącą skórkę</strong>, dzięki posypce. Można użyć do tego parmezanu,<strong> bułki tartej </strong>( ja tak zrobiłam), lub mąki z ciecierzycy. <br>Aby podkręcić s<strong>mak </strong>można użyć ulubionych przypraw, jak i serów. <br><br><br>Przygotować można ją na dwa sposoby:<br><br>1. Wystarczy cienko pokroić cukinię i cebulę, dodać przyprawy, wszystko wymieszać i odstawić na 30-40 min.  Odcisnąć sok, do którego dodaje się mąkę i miesza się to z cukinia. Następnie masę wykładasz do formy, posypujesz bułką lub parmezanem i polewasz olejem. <br>2. Cienko pokrojone warzywa smażysz. W misce mieszasz wodę, mąkę i przyprawy ( masa musi być gęsta), dodajesz warzywa i mieszasz.  Masę przekładasz do piekarnika i posypujesz bułką lub parmezanem. </p></div></div></div>
