<p>1. Połącz wszystkie składniki ciasta oprócz masła. Wymieszaj, następnie zacznij dodawać masło, aż masa będzie gładka<br>2. Z ciasta uformuj kulę, przykryj i odstaw do wyrośnięcia na 1-2 godziny lub do momentu, aż objętość prawie się podwoi.<br>3. Podziel ciasto na 6 równych części i uformuj z nich kulki.<br>4. Z każdej kulki ciasta uformuj długi wałeczek. Im dłuższy, to precle będą cieńsze. Zwiń jak na filmie.<br>5. Uformowane precle układaj na pojedynczych arkuszach papieru pergaminowego (ułatwi to przenoszenie), przykryj i odstaw do wyrośnięcia na 30 min.<br>6. Rozgrzej piekarnik do 200°C.<br>7. Wodę zagotuj, ostrożnie wsyp sodę. Do garnka włóż po 2 precle. Gotuj przez 3s z każdej strony. Precle przełóż na papier do pieczeni.<br>8.Natnij każdy precel i posyp grubą solą.<br>9.Piecz przez 15-20 minut lub do momentu, aż precle nabiorą głęboko złocistego koloru</p>

<li>Mleko podgrzej z dodatkiem masła. Ma być ciepłe ( nie gotuj !!)</li>
<li>Wszystkie składniki przełóż do misy robota, miksuj przez kilka minut. Ciasto będzie gotowe jak nie będzie się kleić do ścianek. Przykryj folią spożywczą i odstaw w ciepłe miejsce na godzinę.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Po tym czasie dzielę ciasto na 2 części. Ciasto jest elastyczne i nie wymaga podsypywania mąką. Każdą część rozwałkuj w okrąg o grubości ok 0.5cm.&nbsp; Ciasto potnij na trójkąty jak na pizzę na 4-8 części w zależności jak duże mają być rogale. Zwijaj zaczynając od szerszej części, następnie uformuj kształt rogala.</li>
<li>Rogale ułóż na blaszce wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia i odstaw w ciepłe miejsce na ok. 15min. Przed pieczeniem smaruje mlekiem lub rozmąconym jajkiem lub tylko&nbsp; żółtkiem posypuje sezamem.</li>
<li>Wstaw do rozgrzanego piekarnika na 180&#8217;c 20 min ( czas uzależniony od piekarnika)</li>
