<li>Dorsz jak jest mrożony, musisz rozmrozić. Posyp solą, pieprzem i rozmarynem.</li>
<li>Marchewkę, kawałek selera, pietruszkę, zetrzyj na tarce, pora, 2 ząbki czosnku drobno pokrój.</li>
<li>Warzywa podsmaż na maśle klarowanym, posyp kurkuma i dobrze wszystko wymieszaj.</li>
<li>Dodaj szklankę ryżu . Smaż przez minutę, dodaj różyczki brokuła, następnie 2 szklanki wody lub bulionu, 3 łyżki sosu rybnego, pieprz.</li>
<li>Jak zacznie się gotować, zmniejsz ogień i połóż na ryż rybę, przykryj pokrywka.</li>
<li>Jak ryż będzie miękki danie jest gotowe.<br>!!! Ważne, w czasie gotowanie nie mieszaj ryżu i staraj się nie podnosić pokrywki.</li>
